Shipping Policy

We charge a small flat rate for our Premium-Insured Shipping Service, whereas digital and non-physical products are available immediately for download or access after purchase.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and accurate before completing your checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses and can ONLY ship to the address you provide us in your order. 

In the unlikely event that the item is sold out or on back order, we will issue a full and immediate refund.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and Post Office process the orders, which may take an additional business 1–2 days.
